Imagination in Islamic Philosophy
On Monday, 7th October, young Russian Orientalists took part in the morning class by Dr. Amir Maziar, a professor of art philosophy entitled "Imagination in Islamic Philosophy." By dividing the hierarchies of esoteric senses, Dr. Maziar explained the commonalities of imagination, imagination (as the memory of the five senses), imagination, illusion, and fantasy (as illusionary memory) and explains the place of imagination in Islamic philosophy.
Basics of Designing Naghsh-e Jahan Square in Isfahan
The afternoon lecture was devoted to architecture and the " Basics of Designing Naghsh-e Jahan Square in Isfahan " by engineer Kambiz Navai, a retired professor of Shahid Beheshti School of Architecture and the author of the book "Brain and Imagination". Navai completed a part of the participants' mental jigsaw on the basis of Islamic Iranian art and culture with an architectural reading of Naghsh-e Jahan Square.
